About me

Hey! I’m Emily – the face, the creative brain, and the all-round chaos coordinator behind ECS Digital Marketing. Lovely to (virtually) meet ya! I could sit here and give you the whole rundown of my CV (yawn), but just like with social media, I reckon genuine connection beats a list of bullet points any day.

So instead, here’s my highlights:

I am 20 years old.

I’ve just graduated from Falmouth Uni with a BSc in Business & Digital Marketing.

When I’m not glued to my laptop, you’ll probably find me flailing around on a paddle board, sipping a Thatchers in the sun, or making something unnecessarily spicy in the kitchen.

I truly believe social media works best when it’s rooted in authenticity, creativity, and a little bit of fun.

I was shortlisted for the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce’s 30 Under 30 awards in 2025🎉. I didn’t take home the win this time, but I’m genuinely so proud to have been recognised among hundreds of amazing nominees. Being shortlisted was a huge honour and a moment to reflect on everything I’ve been part of with the brilliant team at PB+J Web Design. It’s been a journey full of creativity, big results, and a whole lot of passion poured into every project.

A huge thank you to Jessica, who’s been an incredible mentor and cheerleader. Your support over the past two years has meant the world… I wouldn’t be here without it.

Certified

Microsoft Excel

I hold an official certification in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating my proficiency in creating, managing, and analysing data with advanced spreadsheet tools. Whether it’s formulas, pivot tables, charts, or fancy automations, I know my way around a spreadsheet. Basically, if there’s data to sort, tidy, or make sense of, I’ve got it covered… without giving you a headache in the process.

Adobe Photoshop

After 8 weeks of hard work, determination, and a few ‘I-hate-this-laptop’ moments, I’m proud to say I passed my Photoshop exam, scoring 936 out of 1000 – not too shabby, right?! 💻 I am now a Certified Professional in Visual Design Using Adobe Photoshop! 🙌
That means I’m a pro at all things image editing, retouching, and design wizardry. From polishing up pics and creating scroll-stopping graphics to whipping up creative concepts that actually look the part.
